Due to upcoming changes in privacy laws (GDPR), we are required to reach out to everyone we communicate with to make sure they are happy with the information we keep a record of. It is important to point out that we do not keep a record of any sensitive/personal details, so you should not be concerned.

We would prefer that you allow us to retain this data, because it enables us to maintain a high level of support for sales, service, repair and commission. We would not like to compromise our lack to communicate with you whilst you have your product.
