- My cooker is massive will you need assistance?
Service, Repair and Installation visits consist of 2 engineers so we can tackle all sizes of appliances.
- I can smell gas…
Turn of the gas at the valve and contact a gas safe registered company such as ourselves to check out the issue.
- What parts you do you use?
When an appliance requires parts, we only use genuine parts from trusted suppliers. This ensures that the high quality and reliability of the appliance is maintained.
- Do you service and Install Induction Hobs?
Yes, were proud to say we can service, repair and install induction hobs. Our trained engineers are fully qualified to deal with all types of cooker hobs.
- My extractor isn’t catching much air / steam…
Could be a blockage in the ducting restricting airflow; alternatively could be either the wrong size ducting or extractor.
- Do you repair commercial appliances?
Yes we do! If you have any questions feel free to contact us by either giving us a call or using the form on the contact us page.
- What if you can’t repair the fault?
If for any reason the service engineer is unable to repair the issue on the appliance you won’t pay for the service / call out charge.
- If parts are required, how long does it take to acquire them?
Due to the vast amount of suppliers it depends on the brand of the part. Normally where possible parts can be acquired next day. If not you will be informed on how long it will take for your particular part.
- How can I arrange for an engineer or get advice for a problem?
You can contact us by using the contact form on the Contact Us page, Alternatively you can give us a call on 01530 443650 or by using any of the other methods on the Contact Us page. We normally get back to any enquiry within 24 hours where possible.
- Which areas do you cover?
The areas we cover include; Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, South Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, Worcestershire, And more on request.
- My cooker doesn’t reach temperature…
There could be a few different things causing or contributing to the problem. It’s commonly the thermostat, which needs replacing but could also be that the door seals are worn or may just be in need of a general service. Contact us to get in touch with one of our approved service agents for more advice.
- What payment method do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit card as well as American express.
- Is there any guarantee with the work you carry out?
Dependent on the brand of the product, the work we carry out holds a guarantee from 3 to 12 months. So you can have peace of mind your appliance is covered for the foreseeable future. If you do ever have any issues with any work carried out on you appliance contact us to get in touch with an approved service agent.
- The fan in the extractor hood is noisy…
The fan motor could be faulty or worn out, or there could be lose items such as screws in the grill or ducting..
- Do you repair gas or electric ovens / cookers?
We repair both gas and electric ovens and cookers. We are a gas safe registered company.
